Last variant

When I was drawing the scene for Le Journal Chapitre 3, I was planning to use a picture of bluebells as my background, and I actually found one that’s beautiful and free to use as long as I include the link to the original picture:

However, I changed my mind and used roses instead. Based on Candy’s description in Candy Candy Final Story, the forest was edged with many wild roses too. The purple one I used is actually a rose from Antlay’s own garden, and the pinkish ones are from a picture I took in a famous rose garden.

Anyway, below is the last variant of my original fanart, using bluebells, and this time I drew their eyes differently. This fanart is meant to thank you all for your support, so both Albert and Candy are smiling (finally!). 😆

Of all three drawings for the same scene in CCFS, which one do you like the most? 🙄

Well, I have to say that I like the mos the background of the original one but love even more their faces in the other two of them.

They look so happy because they finally left behind all the guilty they felt for Anthony’s accident. 🙂

    1. Hola Quevivacandy, mi amiga! 😀 I like my original background too, but it took me a long time to draw that, lol… for the variants I was lazy 😉
The second one I drew for the story, so I decided to show both faces, and then, finally, as you said, something happened between these two, and they smiled (no more guilty feeling.. at last). 🙂

Enfin heureux !

    1. Yes, dear Antlay, finally happy! 😀
Oh… I didn’t know that bluebells carry such important meanings, so bravo to Mizuki! Sweet and tender love with Albert indeed 😆

This variant shows that they’re content and that they belong in each others arms!
I love the bluebells btw. It’s so different. 🙂

    1. Thank you!! Indeed they belong to each other, and I intentionally drew Candy with a content but slightly shy smile. Glad you like the bluebells, so imagine the scene described in ccfs… It must be enchanting! 🙂

Hi, Ms Puddle, this was actually my comment. Somehow, I couldn’t comment and I thought it didn’t post at all. When I checked later I still couldn’t see my comment. I hope it works now.

        1. Yes, dear CKati. I knew it was you, so don’t worry. Thanks for sending me your feedback, my friend! 😀

              I’m the admin, remember? 😉

    1. You’re so kind, Carolina!! I agree with you that Albert and Candy are a cute couple, so caring and tender! Like you, I also want to see a loving embrace at the end of the story. In CCFS, as we believe Anohito is Albert, our dreams have come true because Candy ran into his outstretched arms to end the story … awwww… 😉
