    Good morning Ms Puddle
Lol 😉

    • Ms Puddle says:

Bonjour Antlay!! You’re back? Had a great time? 🙂
This is one of my favorite scenes in the manga for sure, and their harmony was unquestionable!
You must be kidding! 😀 I can’t measure up to Mizuki. She’s a talented author in my opinion.

Wow!!!! You know? About 3 weeks ago a girl shared your stories in an Albert group in FB, She said you are the only one writer whose all works has been translated to other languages. Why, I wonder myself? lol… I always have told you so, you are a great great writer.

    Congrats! You deserve it!

    • Ms Puddle says:

Blushing blushing!!!! No I’m not really that great, but all you wonderful ladies, dear QuevivaCandy, have been extremely nice to me. Your willingness to spend your time and effort to translate my stories is more than a huge compliment to me!! 😀

  6. CKati says:

    Dear Ms Puddle,

It certainly is a well deserved compliment. More people are able to enjoy your stories thanks to people like Sujin.

As you said, even if you don’t know the story, just by looking at this scene will make you think they’re a couple.
    Candy looks content indeed.

    • Ms Puddle says:

Thanks, CKati, for your kind words!! When Sujin contacted me, I was very touched by her sincerity indeed!

Yes, a picture is worth a thousand words, and this one in particular. Igarashi did an excellent job I must say! 🙂

  7. Passion says:

I guess Candy always called him with “Albert-san” because she knows he is older than she is. The original langauge consider the age of counterpart significant and differ the calling by adding some, regardless of the intimacy. And that’s the way written in Korea where we use a language showing many similarities with Japanese. There’s a distinction between meaning of ‘Mr.’ and ‘-san’ hence it’d better let her call him Albert in English but not in Japanese it’s so awkward and even rude.
Anyway, so happy to see one of my favorite scenes here. I feel they were already like a married couple at this moment.. love it.
It’s my first comment at yours isn’t it? 🙂
I just wanted to talk about ‘-san’ which was pretty intriguing to me comparing Japanese korean and English.

    • Ms Puddle says:

Thanks, Passion! 🙂 Glad to read from you with perspectives from Korea. I think “Albert-san” baffles lots of people, especially those who don’t understand the culture. Translation is particularly hard when normally “-San” means “Mr.” Or “Miss”, etc.

About this scene, yes, Candy and Albert appeared so content and relaxed around each other. They were like a couple indeed. 😀

  8. Evelyn says:

I love this scene, Ms Puddle! I am able to see more details in color that I had missed in the black and while version. Thank you for sharing! Have a nice weekend! Continue feeling better and better…

    • Ms Puddle says:

You’re so kind, Evelyn! My energy level is back up now, so thank you! Yes, with colors added, this scene is actually romantic. If people had no idea of the story, by looking at the picture alone people would have thought Albert and Candy were a couple, don’t you think? 😉

      • Evelyn says:

Yes, you are right! It does look like they are a couple. So content and relaxed around each other.

I love how Candy looks so happy making her flower chain wrapping it all around Albert. This says a lot! She could have just piled it in front of her until she was done with it. Is a very romantic gesture to do that. You don’t see that side of her too much in the story!! Is almost like she wants to surprise him when he wakes up!! 😉

        • Ms Puddle says:

Exactly!! You read my mind, Evelyn! A picture is worth a thousand words indeed. Albert and Candy enjoyed each other’s presence, and they could relax around each other, doing whatever they liked. 😉

Do you know what you said was exactly in my story? LOL… Too bad this scene is NOT in the anime at all :'(

          • Evelyn says:

This and many other meaningful scenes were not used in the anime. Many Candy fans would have a much different and deeper understanding of this story and of the character of Albert had they just read the manga and contrasted it to the anime. I prefer the manga by far. 🙂

Yes I read your story “Siesta Vespertina” in Spanish. Loved it and that is exactly what I think happened 😉

            • Ms Puddle says:

I can’t agree with you more, Evelyn, about the difference between the manga and the anime. Regrettably, I was told that many haven’t even heard of the manga, and some simply refused to read it. Sigh.

Thanks for reading my story, and glad you like it!! 😀

  9. My favorite scene. Are you going to color that scene from a manga? I can hardly wait! A good weekend to you, dear. *kisses*

    • Ms Puddle says:

Yes, CAW! One of my favorite scenes too! Thank you for your encouraging words, and you have wonderful weekend too! 🙂 😀
