I went snow shoeing with a friend up on a snow mountain less than two weeks ago. We were told that there was a beautiful frozen lake somewhere nearby, so we endeavored to look for it despite wearing the clumsy snowshoes. After about an hour of going up and down, it was time to head back, but we got lost in the terrain. It was like we were walking in circles, but somehow (thank God!) we ended up here:
As you can see, it was misty, quiet, and secluded (even a bit eerie). We used the cameras on our smart phones to take various pictures of the lake, and the above was the best one from mine.
Therefore, I have used this as the background to create a new profile picture for myself. 🙂
