As many of you have known, Mizuki has indeed created the character, William Albert Ardlay, with love and care. Think about all the stages he went through! I could hardly believe my eyes when I read some comments from those Candy Candy fans who favored Terry, regarding Albert as a supporting character in the story.
Anyway, I’ve already shared this artist’s drawing on my Facebook page, and I’m sharing it here again. I’m not exactly sure who drew this, but I believe the artist was from Japan, and here is the fanart:
The title is “The evolution of Albert-san” ♥, and the stages are Prince on the Hill, Prowler, Researcher (I’m unsure about this), Amnesiac, and Granduncle. People seem to like the last picture the best.
