Old drawing from last Christmas
Hello there, how’s everyone doing? Some people asked me why I only drew Candy by herself this Christmas. The truth is, I don’t have much spare time. However, I do plan to draw Candy and Albert early next year, hopefully before the Valentine’s Day. I will see… I can’t promise anything yet. 😉
Those who often visit my Facebook page will know that I have finally changed my profile picture. 🙂 
😆 Some of you have good memories and remembered this drawing from last Christmas. Do you know that I was actually in this picture? 😛 Behind Albert and Candy of course. 😉 I went to Whistler and stumbled upon this flight of stairs. The snow was very thick, but it was a tranquil trail.
Anyway, one reader from fanfiction.net suggested I add a story to inkitt.com. I wish I had time to write a new story, but I simply exported “My Prince Charming” from fanfiction to inkitt. Basically, inspired by Candy Candy, “My Prince Charming” is about two best friends falling in love with each other, similar to the lyrics from the song, Head Over Feet by Alanis Morissette:

This short story is special to me, so every Christmas I’ll bring it up :lol:… Now that you have a story of your own you’ll understand how I feel about my own characters. Sometimes I understand what Mizuki said by “talking to Candy or Albert” 😌😅

I found a web page (updated several years ago) that you and other fan fiction writers try to elaborate what was going on at side of Albert during all those years after he met Candy at Pony Hill. I think it is interesting and challenging. I hope you will really consider it.
PS : I am the one who asked you how and when Albert hanged the swing on the tree for the proposal to Cathy in the story Peculiar Relationship, do you remember? 🙂

Yes, I remember that story that I collaborated with other writers about Albert’s college years… It was fun but at the same time very challenging to us, the main reason being that every one of us had quite different imaginations what would happen to Albert then… Sigh…
