Many thanks to Kelly Smith for bringing this to my attention. Does anyone know this person at Instagram? She’s posting my fanarts and erased my signatures. I’ll report to Instagram if she does not take down my fanarts by this weekend:

Thanks for letting us know, Ms Puddle. I’ve got an Instagram account and I’ve reported her to admin.

      • Ms Puddle says:

Thank you so much, @Avon! Appreciate your help 🤗🤗

        • Avon says:

The least I could do. Hope all works out fine. As for that person, she’s not the only one trying to profit from your work. I guess that’s what happens when your work is so awesome. She’s got your work alongside Yumiko Igarashi’s and she’s trying to get credit for both. Too bad she is devoid of talent and has to resort to stealing your and Igarashi’s artwork.

          • Ms Puddle says:

Thank you @Avon for your support! This CC fan is apparently a pro-Terry fan because she not only used my fanarts but also named my drawing of Albert as Terrence lol… Guess she wasn’t aware that her favourite hero had chestnut brown hair? 🤔

            • Avon says:

Some of those fans are so ignorant and out of touch with the CC/CCFS story that they believe that Terry has blonde hair and Albert is a brunette. LMAO

              • Michelle says:

I think that in the Korean manga, which is coloured, Terry’s hair is blonde. It’s easy to confuse him with Albert because they look alike. Their only difference is that Albert is much taller.

                • Avon says:

I haven’t got the Korean version of the manga but I remember a colored one where both Terry and Albert are blondes. You’re right about that.

                • Michelle says:

Annie is also blonde in the aforementioned manga and Susanna has raven-black hair which is weird.

                • Ms Puddle says:

Hi @Michelle, Annie’s hair was also blonde in Igarashi’s illustrations back when the manga was still being serialized. I haven’t seen Susanna in her art books though. In CCFS, Nagita-sensei changed Annie to a brunette but I don’t remember the author had mentioned any detail about Susanna’s appearance except that she was known to be a beauty.

                • Avon says:

In the CCFS, however, Annie is described as having chestnut-brown hair. There’s no reference concerning Susanna’s hair colour but I would sincerely doubt that she was a brunette.

                • Ms Puddle says:

Like you, @Avon, in my mind Susanna is a blonde girl too. The anime must have influenced us lol 😆

              • Sarah says:

There’s a bit of confusion within the “CC mundo” when it comes to the physical appearance of Terry and Albert. Apart from a few minor differences, they look alike. There is a bit of a “trend” in CC-related fanfiction where Terry is depicted as a blonde and Albert as dark-haired. There’s even a switch in the personality traits; Terry’s character is softened whilst Albert appears more aggressive in certain fanbased stories.

                • Ms Puddle says:

That’s odd, don’t you think, @Sarah? I wonder why some fans like to mix up the two male characters, especially their personalities are quite the opposite 🤔

                • Sarah says:

It explains the confusion though.. I guess some folks like to amalgamate or conflate their favourite characters. LoL

                • Myra says:

Arguably, Igarashi had begun to depict Albert with shorter albeit wavy hair in order to distinguish him from Terry as the two of them looked so similar with their long mane. In the b&w manga, the two of them looked very similar.

                • Ms Puddle says:

Yes, @Myra. In the anime they were only different by hair and eye colours lol.

But in the manga Albert has wavy hair, especially when one compares Anthony to Prince on the Hill. Terry’s hair is softer, like Archie’s.

                • Sarah says:

Albert and Terry looked even more similar in the TOEI anime. It was as if the blueprint was the same and all the creators did was add a different hair colour for them accordingly.

                • Myra says:

I had noticed that too @Sarah. In particular, there’s a scene in the anime where Terry and Albert are sitting alongside the bank of a river (or lake) and they’re talking. It’s after Albert had beaten Terry up for being a drunk. The illustrators wee probably lazy because the faces of Terry and Albert were virtually identical.

                • Sarah says:

TOEI was probably running on a low budget during the final episodes of Candy Candy because the scenes seemed rushed and the characters were poorly illustrated. It could explain the reason why characters such as Terry and Albert looked alike. The legal conflicts between Nagita and Igarashi took on toll on the overall quality of the anime.

                • Ms Puddle says:

Agree with you, @Sarah, and all characters looked very ugly in the last few episodes.

                • Sarah says:

I’ve read that the production team had run out of money and had no other alternative but to wrap up about a dozen more episodes in a single take. It explains why the ending was so abrupt.

                • Ms Puddle says:

I read something similar too, @Sarah. How unfortunate that a good story had to end up like that.

                • Myra says:

I think a similar situation had occurred with the manga. Although uncertain, there are some discussions circulating online that the legal battles between Nagita and Igarashi had also led to the premature termination of the manga series of Candy Candy. On the other hand, however, Nagita had mentioned in her 2019 interview in Paris that the manga publishers did not want to renew their contract with her since their primary focus was to provide the story prior to Candy becoming an adult since the target clientele were females in their late childhood until late adolescence.

                • Ms Puddle says:

Yes @Myra. If I remember correctly, Nakayoshi magazine’s target readers are elementary to junior high school students. Thus the heroines of the stories will be at most 17.

    • Anita says:

Hello! I’ve also reported that Insta user. I think that the more of us report her, the better. Thanks for raising awareness on this issue of copyright theft.

    • Lakewood says:

      Hello Ms Puddle,

I consider tat you should report this individual as soon as possible. I have filed my report as well.

      Best Regards!

      • Lakewood says:

        typo: that (not tat..lol)

      • Lakewood says:

I just want to remind you to make sure that you have specified that the aforementioned fanart belongs to you. As this is a report based on intellectual property, this report has greater weight when the one reporting is the actual creator of this fanart. Remember to specify which of the pics used on her Insta belong to you. Refer to the dates they were posted for ease of access.

      • Ms Puddle says:

Thank you so much @Lakewood for your help too and detailed advice! 🤗 Honestly I thought about reporting this person directly yesterday, but since I already mentioned here as well as my Facebook page that I would give her time to take them down herself, I’d likely wait. Next time I’d do it ASAP, as per your suggestions 🤗

        • Lakewood says:

Albeit respecting your decision, I will bluntly state that she does not deserve your charitable act. She’s a cheap and sleazy fraudster who is exploiting the hard work and effort of the Terryfans and the Albertfans. I’m sure that if the creators of the Terry-themed and Albert-themed fanart were aware of the fact that their work is being exploited by that sleazy rat, they wouldn’t be too pleased about it either.

          • Lakewood says:

To add further insult to injury, take note that on her Instagram homepage, she is advertising her blog where she had absolutely no qualms in exploiting the work of many fanart creators. She never cites the original sources nor does she acknowledge the fact that the aforesaid fanart belongs to others. Instead, she has removed the watermark under each fanart and advertises the work of others as her own. Disgusting.

            • Ms Puddle says:

I agree with you, @Lakewood, and thanks to @Irana93, @Sarah, @Christine, @DreamCatcher, and @albertlovescandy for all your help too! I feel tremendously touched by all your attention 💞, and your timely actions are greatly appreciated! 🤗 I’ve listened to all your suggestions and reported to Instagram myself just now with the links to her posts and the links to my original posts on my blog. I have done my part now and hopefully Instagram admin will do something about this soon. 👍

    • Irana93 says:

I perfectly understand and sympathize with your frustration @Ms Puddle. If anyone had ever tried to mess with my work and attempt to plagiarize it, I ought to admit that I wouldn’t be as polite and civil as you. I admire your patience on this matter.

That said, I am in total agreement with what @Lakewood has elucidated. That Instagram user is not only passing off your work as her own but she’s doing the same with Terry fanart too. Whether one is a Terry-fan or an Albert-fan, such practices should be deemed unethical and sordid irrespective of one’s (Candy Candy) character preferences.

    • Sarah says:

      Hi, Ms Puddle!

I’ve just reported her page on Instagram. However, what matters the most is that the people directly affected report her. By “directly affected”, I mean those of you who have created the artwork she’s dishonestly been claiming as her own. Social media outlets such as Facebook, YouTube and Instagram prioritize those reports deriving from the actual owners of the artwork.

      Keep us posted!

    • Christine says:

Reported her as well. Never heard of her and she seems to have an obscure blog where she showcases the fanart she’s stolen from others and posting her own name on them. What a loser..

    • DreamCatcher says:

      Hello!
I also have an Instagram account so I clicked onto the link you’ve posted above and reported her. I agree with the comments advising you to report her asap. Don’t let her off the hook. She has no right to use your work in such an unauthorized and unethical way.

    • I’ve an Instagram, and as well as my other fan page. I follow few people or CC character names. I always visit this hashtag #candycandyanime or #candycandymanga to collect some new CC vintages, and I notice that some IG owners such as CC fans have posted other people’s arts, including yours, but the watermarks still there, except for the person you posted. It’s my first time to visit her IG page. How terrible. I know it’s such an honor that your arts are being admired, but that doesn’t give her or anyone else a right to remove the author’s signatures. I think her account needs to be terminated by IG.

      Stay healthy and safe!

    • Ms Puddle says:

Good news! Instagram admin already removed my drawings from that account after I had filed my report last night. ☺️ Thank you all for the advice and support ❣️

      • Sarah says:

        That’s great news, Ms Puddle!

      • Myra says:

Pleased to know that everything has been sorted out regarding that fraudster.👍

      • Michelle says:

I’m glad this has worked out well for you @Ms Puddle. No one has the right to exploit your fanart and fan-fiction.

      • Lakewood says:

It seems that Insta admin responded very quickly.
        Good for them!
That person had no right to exploit your work and kudos to you for calling her out. Maintaining copyright standards is of utmost important when publishing material online or offline.

        • Ms Puddle says:

Thank you @Sarah, @Myra, @Michelle, and @Lakewood! I’ve learned a lesson this time, and thanks again for helping. 🤗 I was a bit surprised the Insta admin took action almost right away. 👍

          • Anita says:

Insta admin took action immediately because it was a straight-forward case of intellectual property theft. That pathetic excuse of an Insta user and “blogger” has repeatedly violated Insta’s terms of service by plagiarizing the work of others. You were wise to take action and expose that thief.

            • Ms Puddle says:

You’re right, @Anita. I’m not the only one whose works got copied. I can hardly believe she had no respects for the fanarts’ owners.

          • Halcyon Days says:

It’s such a shame that you had to be subjected to that unpleasant situation, Ms Puddle. I am glad that all has worked out for the best.

            • Ms Puddle says:

Thank you @Halcyon Days. I’m glad this got sorted out that soon too. 👏

              • Halcyon Days says:

I would kindly suggest you arrange stricter watermarking on your fanart from now on. You have got amazing talent but that also triggers certain scammers to manipulate your work without your approval and endorsement.

                • Ms Puddle says:

I agree, @Halcyon Days, and other ladies suggested similar things too. I need to investigate more before I draw a new one ☺️

          • Sarah says:

Presumably, it’s due to the stricter copyright policies social media has been deploying lately. I am pleased with the outcome and that you’ve been vindicated.

          • Lakewood says:

It’s a pleasant surprise that the admin team took those pics down in due time. It’s not you who should learn a lesson but that scammer for stealing your work.

            • Anita says:

              Well said!

            • Ms Puddle says:

It was indeed a pleasant surprise, @Lakewood. I hope that girl learned a lesson too. Anyway, I have completely lost my mood to draw, but I’m seriously touched by all you ladies’ support to me❣️

              • Lakewood says:

As mentioned before, it’s all of us who should thank you for sharing your fantastic artwork and fanfic with the CC community. People decided to help you out because you’re worth it. You’ve got class and integrity. As for that scammer, don’t keep your hopes up. I doubt she’s got the intelligence and dignity to understand her wrong-doings. No point wasting our time with that wretched creature any further.

We’re all looking forward to your next posts and fanart.

                • Ms Puddle says:

Thank you @Lakewood for your kind and encouraging words 🤗❣️ Yes I’ll share that Nakayoshi magazine picture in my next post, as promised.

      • Leda says:

It’s so annoying that some people believe that they can simply use the work of others without their consent. Those people are either completely ignorant of copyright laws or they simply don’t care. Either way, I’m glad that the Instagram administrators responded to your notification and removed your work from that inconsiderate person’s page.

        • Ms Puddle says:

Yes, @Leda, I was honestly affected by that Insta user. She was way more than inconsiderate IMHO. Now that my drawings had been removed from her account, she (an Italian?) wrote something like this in English, “What’s your problem?” Then she continued to justify why she could use any beautiful image on the web in her account. Anyway, I didn’t know about this but someone took a picture of that paragraph and pasted it in my Facebook post about this issue.

          • Leda says:

She seems to be an idiot. Anyway, what matters is that Instagram got your fanart removed from her page. If she re-posts them, contact the admin team again via reporting her. If she persists with her nonsense, she may receive a permanent suspension from Instagram.

            • Ms Puddle says:

Thanks for your suggestion, @Leda. I don’t think I’ll check again. Even if her account got suspended, she can easily open another account somewhere else. Yet, anyway, thank you very much for your support 🤗

              • Leda says:

At least now she knows that there are repercussions for her fraudulent actions. If she dares to repeat them, Insta will terminate her account. Such prominent social media platforms take copyright issues very seriously and so should she if she wants to continue having access to those sites.

      • Magnolia says:

I’ve found out about your predicament on FB. Fortunately, this issue of copyright theft was dealt with relatively quickly from admin. I’d recommend watermarking the entire pic and not only at the corner where it could be easily removed.

  2. DanielleV says:

    How are you, Ms Puddle?

I could only imagine how frustrated you must be after finding out that your fanart has been exploited by scoundrels. Such crooks are devoid of personal integrity and are worthy only of contempt. I hope a solution is found and those dregs are held accountable.

In response to your queries about the vaccine, it goes without saying that my family and I are waiting for our turn. Presumably, my turn will come a bit later as I’m a millennial and not immunocompromised. Understandably so, those who are older and with various health issues should be prioritized.

Looking forward to your updates and please don’t let those idiots who try to profit from your work affect you.

    Take Care!

    • Ms Puddle says:

I’m feeling better now, @DanielleV. 🤗 Thanks to many of you for your encouraging and comforting words. In addition, according to Mariela, the site happened to have taken down a bunch of CC related items when she checked again lately, including the ones I’ve complained about. The timing is somewhat suspicious, but oh well.

About getting vaccinated, I totally agree with the decisions that the vulnerable people and those who have direct contact with the patients or elderlies should be prioritized. For the rest of us, we should continue to wear masks, practice social distancing and maintain good personal hygiene.

      You take care too 😘

      • DanielleV says:

Pleased to know you’re feeling better, Ms Puddle. I agree with you that those are suspicious actions coming from that person who stole your work and tried to sell it online. Apparently, this person is now aware of the repercussions and is trying to save face and cover tracks.

Kudos to you for speaking and calling out that thief.

You’re right about practicing social distancing. Perhaps now with the new and, above all, rational administration in the United States, people will follow the example of trusting science and fact-checking the news.

  3. Michelle says:

    Hi there,

Hope you are doing well despite all the issues facing our world-most importantly, this global pandemic which is affecting us all.

When my turn comes for the vaccine, I’m going for it even though I’m concerned about the side-effects. Another aspect which concerns me is how effective this vaccine will be given the new variants of this virus which are widely regarded as being more aggressive and contagious.

Whatever the case, we all still need to maintain social distancing, wear masks and sanitize as much as possible.

This pandemic looks like it’s going to be the new normal..

    • Ms Puddle says:

Hi @Michelle, like you, I’m also concerned about the side effects. However, by the time our turns come we will probably know more about that regard or whether the FDA approved vaccines are effective against the variants, which are allegedly more deadly.

I can’t agree with you more about the need to continue wearing masks and maintain social distancing. The vaccines aren’t bulletproof.

      • Michelle says:

Scientific research seems to be divided with regards to the variants; whilst some researchers contend that they’re more contagious, others argue that they are not as deadly or at least, not deadlier than the original strands.

It’s obvious that medical doctors and scientific researchers are struggling with this lethal virus. The vaccine has come out too soon as it normally takes a decade for scientists to verify the side-effects and subsequent ramifications of such distributions.

What is certain is that protective gear, masks, and other forms of hygiene will constitute our way of life for years to come.

        • Ms Puddle says:

I agree with you, @Michelle, that we should continue to stay alert and use protective gears. Who knows? There might be new variant(s) by summer when more than half of the world population still hasn’t got vaccinated. 🙁

          • Michelle says:

Scientists keep on finding new variants of this virus and that it severely unnerving to them because they had never fathomed that this virus could be so adaptable and mutate rapidly. The other challenge is that the majority of people don’t want to be vaccinated yet due to potential side-effects. They’re waiting to see how this vaccine has affected or will affect others but the problem is that most people already share that same concern and, as a result, many people are avoiding the vaccine for the time-being. It’s a complete mess.

            • Ms Puddle says:

My sentiments exactly, @Michelle. I’m also on the skeptical side, but I will probably have more concrete ideas when it’s my turn. I guess nobody can force anyone to get vaccinated, and I wonder whether the anti-maskers will reject the vaccines too.

              • Michelle says:

There are discussions amongst politicians and scientists, especially in Europe, in which compulsory vaccination may be required for international travel. These talks are still on the table but quite a few political leaders have been considering imposing such travel requirements-for example, a passenger may be required to display a certified document confirming that he or she has received the vaccine prior to boarding the plane. For the time-being, this is all in theory but it may soon become practice and official policy.

  4. Sarah says:

    Hello again!
Yes, I sure am planning to get the vaccine but it will probably take a while for my turn because I’m in my early 30s. Those who are 50 and older are prioritized as their age poses a greater risk since they’re far more vulnerable.
Changing the subject, I’d recommend for you to report that person who’s profiting from your fanart. If that person is using PayPal or any other service, you could contact those services and file your report.
    Take care!

    • Ms Puddle says:

Good idea, @Sarah. Thanks for the tips and I might try that route. I don’t intend to directly confront the seller though, because he or his wife might themselves be “victims”.

About the vaccine, you’ll probably have to wait till after summer. In the meantime stay safe and take care! 🤗

      • Sarah says:

You’re right about that. Those who are my age and younger are probably going to have to wait until the end of the year. My peers and I aren’t even prioritized at work because we’re much younger that are middle-aged colleagues. So far, I’m not immunocompromised but having to wait for so long is rather frustrating.

      • Sarah says:

As for your artwork, I can understand you’re upset but on a more positive note, this whole situation proves that your fanart is valuable and in high demand.😉

        • Myra says:

Albeit astonished, I’m not surprised that this has happened to Ms Puddle because her work is being circulated a lot on the web, especially social media. I’ve come across loads of profile pics which use Ms Puddle’s fanart on YouTube, Twitter and Facebook. On the one hand, it’s flattering that her work has such a wide and positive appeal, but on the other hand, it’s rude and unethical to use someone else’s work without their permission.

          • Sarah says:

Yes, I have seen Ms Puddle’s fanart being used frequently by others on F/B. If they had the decency to specify that this fanart belongs to Ms Puddle, then all good. Yet, in most cases, there is no such mention and I agree with you that it is downright unethical.

            • Ms Puddle says:

Thank you @Myra and @Sarah for your encouraging feedback about my fanarts. I’m aware some CC fans are using my artworks as their profile pics or videos; some of them did ask me for permissions, for that I’m grateful. My requirements are simple — keep my signature and/or refer to my blog or Facebook page. However, I honestly don’t check if they actually do that afterwards.

I did complain to a couple of Facebook pages before. For example, one widely popular CC page posted one of my drawings cropped and did not mention my name at all. I added a comment by linking to my original post. Guess what, that comment was ignored.

Anyhow, thank you for your understanding and continued support! 🤗

              • Myra says:

Those who manipulate the work of others without citing the source and requesting for permission from the content creators have no dignity or culture. Instead, they are uneducated morons who resort to copyright theft due to their inability to create something of their own which is meaningful and valuable.

                • Sarah says:

What’s worse is that it’s far more difficult exposing those frauds online. The internet, unfortunately, is often a safe haven for such fraudulent acts as people can hide behind their anonymity.

                • Ms Puddle says:

Thanks again @Myra and @Sarah. The internet has changed the world, both positively and negatively. In many cases, people don’t respect copyrighted materials, and the fact that users can hide their identities has only made it worse.

                • Myra says:

That’s the reason why people should be more cautious and not believe or buy (or both..) whatever they find on the internet.

                • Sarah says:

Perhaps you should consider a “holistic” watermarking of your fanart. Professional photographers tend to do that so as to protect their work when displayed online.

  5. Gabriella says:

Sorry to read about your predicament, Ms Puddle. This happens all the time on the internet because fanfiction and fanart aren’t protected by copyright laws as in the case of published and printed work.

Regarding your question about the vaccine, I’m planning on doing it but I want to consult with my doctor first. I tend to get allergic reactions to various forms of medicine and vaccination so I think it would be sensible if I request for a comprehensive medical check-up and my doctor’s assessment.

It goes beyond saying that I’m definitely not opting for the Russian vax. I’m only going to consider those approved by the EU and the FDA.

    • Ms Puddle says:

Yes @Gabriella it makes sense that you consult with your doctor first. Some people might have serious reactions even to those approved by the EU or the FDA. Having a medical checkup is a good idea!

For myself, I’m not sure if I will definitely get the vaccine when it’s my turn. If there’s a shortage I’d rather give mine to someone with greater risks.

      • Gabriella says:

Apparently, there are going to be some forms of adverse effects or intense reactions. Dr Fauci said that he almost got “knocked out” after getting the vaccine but he felt better quite soon after. He’s also been asked about the efficacy of wearing two masks and he responded that he would recommend it. I’ve seen a few people wearing two masks and I’m probably going to follow suit. Mask-wearing will be essential even after we eventually manage to get the vaccine.

    Hi @Ms Puddle!
I fully understand your frustration and thanks for sharing this information with us. I used a currency conversion tool and found out that 2,520 Yen equals to around 20 Euros (correct me if I’m wrong on this as these currency equivalents do tend to fluctuate on a daily basis). It’s not much but it’s still repulsive that some folks resort to such unethical tactics in order to grab some money.
Would have never imagined that people would pay for fan-art though given the fact that it’s available for free-as long as the fair-use policies are abided by, of-course.

    • Ms Puddle says:

Yes @Myra you’re right. It’s roughly $25 USD so not much at all. However, it wasn’t the monetary value but the illegal use of other people’s fanarts. Anyway, I don’t understand how this could have happened either. 🙄

      • Myra says:

It’s both. Your work has value-both monetary and intellectual. It’s your property since it’s the product of your own effort and creativity. My intention is not to impose but I would suggest you get to the bottom of this and find out who has been cashing in on your work. Maybe those people who have been conned could assist you..

    Hello Ms Puddle,

It’s unfortunate that your beautiful fanart has been exploited by scammers. Apparently, this is illegal but not uncommon within fan-based artwork, whether it be illustrations or writing.

I find it rather odd, nonetheless, that certain people are so naïve as to purchase fan-based artwork without doing some research verifying the actual artist or writer. A simple reverse image search would suffice and there are also many apps which assist people in discovering the authenticity of written work (i.e. issues of plagiarism, copyright, etc).

Hopefully, you’ll get this sorted out but take into consideration that online images can be easily manipulated irrespective of “watermarking”.

    • Lakewood says:

I would suggest notifying the people scammed, provided that you know their contact details. Issuing online (via Facebook/Twitter/Instagram) notifications and warnings surrounding these scammers should also prove effective so as to evade such issues in the near future.

      • Ms Puddle says:

I wasn’t exactly sure how, Lakewood. This seller was also a “victim”. She’s selling the fanarts she had purchased from an auction, which is untraceable.

        • Lakewood says:

Is there a link to that “online auction”? Such sites should have a verification checkmark as proof of credibility. Otherwise, such sites are complete bogus infested with scammers.

          • Lakewood says:

At least, you’re not the one who was scammed and ripped off. This should be a lesson to those who are too naïve to trust such sites on the internet without having run a background check to verify the authenticity and credibility of the aforesaid site.

And I’ll have to ask the question again.. Who on earth pays for fanfic and fanart, FFS?

          • Ms Puddle says:

I think you’re right @Lakewood. No link to that online auction so the seller could be the scammer 😤

            • Lakewood says:

Do you know where the deposit was made to? Was it via PayPal? The person who got scammed could contact the online service where the payment was made to and explain the situation. Apparently, the scammer has a bank account where the money was transferred. Therefore, this scammer could be traced.

              • Ms Puddle says:

Good point, @Lakewood. I’ll check that as well. Thanks again for your concrete ideas and suggestions 🤗

                • Lakewood says:

Glad to be of help, Ms Puddle.

                • Lakewood says:

On a completely different topic, I have been meaning to ask you about the possible whereabouts of Miss Pony’s orphanage. Is there any reference in the original text with regards to the geographical location apart from the vague mention of it being near Lake Michigan? The States encircling or touching upon Lake Michigan are Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. If I correctly recall, Nagita wasn’t pleased that TOEI had selected Indiana and I think she said that she preferred Michigan. She had mentioned this during her latest interview in Paris.

                • Ms Puddle says:

Hi @Lakewood, my vague memory also tells me the orphanage is near Lake Michigan, but I have to double check.

Also, guess what? The link that I published in this post concerning the fanarts is now broken. I don’t know if the items were already sold or the seller had removed them. No idea 🤷‍♀️

                • Lakewood says:

Thanks for letting me know. As for that broken link, it does seem rather suspicious. Whoever that scammer is, he/she has been checking out your blog and the comment section. Nonetheless, it’s wise of you to have publicized this scam and thus raise awareness. No one has the right to steal the intellectual property which belongs to someone else. That’s theft and it’s illegal.

                • Ms Puddle says:

Thanks again for your support, @Lakewood.

Concerning your question about Pony’s Home location, a friend happened to send me some info today with a map that shows where the orphanage was. What a coincidence! I’ll share that in my next post 🤗

              • Lakewood says:

Thanks for the update. I’m looking forward to reading your next article.

    • Myra says:

You’re right about that @Lakewood. Watermarking can be easily deleted.

    • Ms Puddle says:

Thank you @Lakewood. I understand what you’re saying, and like you, I was just as surprised why people would pay for fanarts which are circulating on the internet for free. 🤔

I would like to hear from you!
